I am in the process of organizing a session for the "Major Acitivty Center Circulation Systems" Committee (AP040) during the 2006 TRB annual meeting in Washington, D.C.  If you have worked on or have information on any APM or circulation projects in China, would you like to make a presentation to the TRB general audience? Subjects along the following lines would be very appealing:

1. Information on project costs, financing, planning, costs-benefits, or alternatives analysis.
2. Plans for additional APMs in China besides the one at Beijing Airport.
3. Discussion of how the APM is part of Olympic Games infrastructure development - presuming that it is.

Since the paper submission deadline is already passed, there is no need for full paper.  Expanded abstracts or PP presentations are preferred.
